Designed for athletes to build overall athleticism through movement, strength, power, and conditioning.​

  • From 2 - 6 Participants Per Session

  • One 60-Minute Weekly Session

  • Individual Monthly Fitness Assessment

  • Month-to-Month Program

 

This program, normally $175/month, is $150/month for MSG Members!

1-on-1 Training

Highly specialized sessions, custom-designed for your junior's specific needs.
