How Do Our Tournaments Work???
At first, players will choose which level they compete in based on the criteria listed below. As that player develops an average score from tournaments played, they can be moved to another skill level if needed. This means your competition level in tournaments will always match your ability!
Development
LEVEL
Description
Players with little to no tournament experience, are newer to the game and do not have an average 9-hole score.
All Development Players will compete through 6 holes in our tournaments. Tee boxes are typically in the middle of the fairways.
BEGINNER
LEVEL
Description
Players with only a little tournament experience.
(yardage approx: 2100 - 2400)
INTERMEDIATE
LEVEL
Description
Players who have played in a few tournaments before, playing typically from the forward tee boxes.
(yardage: 2400 - 2700)
ADVANCED LEVEL
Description
Players with a good amount of tournament experience, typically playing from the second set of tee boxes.
(yardage: 2700 - 3000)
Elite
LEVEL
Description
Players with lots of tournament experience, typically playing from the third set of tee boxes.
(yardage: 3000 - 3300)
